1. Eligibility for Returns

The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is provided.

Custom-made or personalized products (custom logos, sizes, colors, or themes).
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Products missing original packaging or accessories.
