1. Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To avoid any misunderstanding, goods will only be reserved after payment is received.

2. Quotation Validity

All quotations are valid for a limited period and are subject to material availability and confirmation at the time of order.

Prices may be adjusted in the event of changes in material costs, specifications, or order quantities.

3. Payment Terms

Payment details will be provided upon quotation confirmation.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order.
The balance payment must be settled before production completion or delivery, unless otherwise stated.

4. Lead Time

Lead time varies depending on product type and order requirements.

Ready stock items: Subject to stock availability and delivery schedule

Custom packaging: Production lead time begins only after artwork and specifications are fully confirmed

Estimated timelines will be communicated before order confirmation.

5. Artwork & Custom Orders

For custom packaging, all artwork, specifications, and details must be fully confirmed prior to production.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations are not allowed.

6. Delivery & Collection

Delivery arrangements will be made based on the agreed method and schedule.

Toho Packaging Supply is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Product Variations

Slight variations in colour, thickness, or finishing may occur due to material and production processes.

Such variations are considered acceptable and do not constitute defects.

8. General

By placing an order with Toho Packaging Supply, customers acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
